I must say; at least for me I think that was the most exciting combat we've had in 4th ed. It was challenging but not like the dragon fight, you didn't ever feel useless during the fight even though there was alot of control stuff involved. Though I'm kinda happy the 3 took off when they did people would of died for sure with how you said the encounter would of scaled.

Divine Power probably saved my butt some 15 odd times during that fight.

Yeah, the 2nd hand information i got from mike said that if we would of stayed that fight would of went very badly. He said something about a clay golem and 2 chain golems coming in. That is a lot of stuff for 3 more characters… especially since the clay's are elites i think. It definitely would of been interesting tho.

On a said note… MP2 is on the character builder now. Let the crazy character building for the Arena continue!

There would not have been 2 MORE chain golems; I'm not even sure another 1 would have come in. There was definitely a Clay Golem ready to enter with more people. I think it would have been tough, but I think you could have handled it. More people means more firepower as well. Remember, a healer was one of the ones that left. All-in-all, it was a good fight.

Just to get you guys worked up, the battle to end Heroic Tier ought to be very interesting. But of course the pressure is on for a battle that follows the Jafnar fight.

The Clay Golem power that prevents healing is nasty. I definitely think we could've lost somebody had we added one of those to the fight, even with more people.

That's true, the Clay Golem is a very nasty golem. And of course one of my favorites.
